And the song Birds keep sing for us!
In the rain

The supporting Act was Angus and Julie Stone

Another Band that we have been wanting to see
So lucky got to see them as well!

Walyunga National Park situated in the Darling Range WA

There is a small fee to enter the park
this is to help maintain Picnic area as well as maintain the amenities

The Avon River joins the Brockman River to form the Swan River

There are many pools along the river on which you can canoe along
During winter the river flows much faster

As well as many walking trails

The BBQ facilities which are well maintained

And also there is the wild life

Found this humble little place to spend a couple of hours Picking

Rows and Rows and Rows of Strawberries to be picked

The cost $10.00 Dollars for the box so you just fill it as much as you can!!

Well looks like we will be eating Strawberries for the next few days!

After Darwin we made our way to Perth

Day trip to Araluen Botanical Gardens
This is located in Roleystone and is a must to visit

There are many plants that flourish in the valley

 In 1929
Mr J J Simmons established a holiday camp here for young Australian orphan boys
situated on 60 acres

Araluen Botanical Garden caters for weddings and many other functions

Today the establishment has govonment funding and many local volunteers to help maintain the paths and gardens

It is a place of peace and tranquillity
